The Uni-Pac range of high quality performance compression packing’s are designed to provide a seal between a moving spindle or shaft and the pressurized housing in which it operates.
Uni-Pac utilizes the most advanced production techniques and materials to ensure a high integrity seal is achieved even in the most demanding of industries. They are typically used on valve, rotary and reciprocating pumps.
Uni-Pac packing is available in a range of materials and is supplied in square section from 3mm to 25mm as standard with other sizes available on request. Standard boxes are supplied in 8 metres, with Unipac 7 and Unipac 10 also available in 1 metre handy packs.

Novus Unipac 2Pure Expanded Braided Graphite Packing
Novus Unipac 2 combines graphite yarn inserted with multil inconel wires reinforcement to create a flexible braided graphite spool packing with increased extrusion resistance and higher pressure capability. This Packing does not have any fiber carrier in all its twisted yarn.
Novus Unipac 2 unique construction increase extrusion resistance, thus eliminating the need for separate anti-extrusion rings. The increased extrusion resistance also increases the maximum pressure rating without end rings. |

Novus Unipac 10Acrylic Fibre Impregnated with PTFE Braided Packing
Made from reinforced acrylic fibre with over 60% concentrated PTFE dispersion with added break-in lubricant, lightly tensioned construction offers flexibility and compression for good sealing.
Unipac 10 is a general purpose packing which is ideal for rotary, reciprocating and valve applications. |

Novus Unipac 15Acrylic Fibre Impregnated with Graphite Braided Packing
Made from reinforced acrylic fibre, each strand of yarn is sealed off with a special grade of fine graphite flakes. In addition, a final coating of graphite is given to the final product prior to it being squared.
